During the quick boot of Reboot Restore Rx press "HOME" button (the one sometimes rapresented with a diagonal arrow, in the middle between INS and PageUP).
Than enter the administrator password and select "disable Reboot Restore Rx"
That will prevent from going on with the infinite loop and finish windows update reboots.
